We solicit submissions relating to technical demonstrations to be presented at a Demonstration Session. All demonstration proposals should be written up as 4-page papers that detail the goals of the demonstration along with the theory and implementation of the system being demonstrated, and any related results.
Papers will be reviewed by the committee members and accepted papers will be published in the proceedings and will be included in IEEE Xplore, with live demonstration being a requirement. Demonstration proposals will be judged on technical merit, practical maturity and suitability of theme. You are also encouraged to bring a poster to accompany your demonstrations.
All demonstration proposals should be submitted electronically in PDF format, following the IEEE style as well as that of regular papers. A four-page paper should includes name(s), institution(s), and contact information. The four-page limit will be strictly enforced. Please use online system and select "Demonstration" track for submission.

Please note that at least one full-registration is required for each paper and we expect that one of the authors will be presenting the paper at the conference, otherwise the paper will not be included in IEEE Xplore.
Note that the conference organizers will only be able to provide a single table (W1800 mm), power outlet (100V-100W), and a poster paper panel (W900 mm * H2000 mm). It is your responsibility to bring all equipment and connectivity, and to confirm compatibility with Japanese voltage standards (100V) and its socket shape.
